The Publisher of SaharaReporters and African Action Congress presidential candidate in the 2019 elections, Omoyele Sowore, Wednesday announced the demise of three of the party’s members from Delta State Chapter.

Sowore in a statement said the deceased died in a ghastly motor accident while returning from the party’s outreach in the state.

“The African Action Congress is sad to announce that we have lost three members from the Delta State AAC family,” Mr Sowore said.

“The men were returning from an outreach effort related to state AAC activities, when their car fell into a river on a particularly bad stretch of road that has claimed many lives in the past,” he added

The deceased include Jones Abushe, Edreis Sani and Ernest Omamode Ojegba.

Mr Sowore further called on the party’s members to pray and support the family of the deceased by donating money to his campaign bank account.

“Donations should be made to the TIB/ Sowore 2019 campaign bank account, and funds raised in the next 24 hour period will be remitted to the families of the deceased,” Sowore affirmed.

The presidential candidate, however, stated that the party will continue to “seek for better infrastructure, better care for our citizen and ore value for human lives during the trying period.”
