62 percent flunks as WAEC releases Oct/Nov results

The West African Examination Council, WAEC, has released the results of October/November 2016 West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for private candidates, with only 38.5 percent candidates passing the exams. 

The result was announced by the Head of WAEC’s‎ National Office, Olu Adenipekun, in Lagos on Friday.

According to the statement, the 38.5 percent candidates obtained five credits including English Language and Mathematics.
