A new terror group, claiming to be Islamic preachers, has emerged in Sokoto State from the neighboring Niger Republic, a BBC Hausa report said.

Quoting residents of the area, the report said about two months ago, members of the Islamic sect were spotted with guns around Tangaza Local Government Area of the state.
