The Chairman of the foundation, Dr. Churchill, said: “The foundation deemed it fit to mark this day yearly with the aim of identifying and understanding disability issues and mobilising support of friends and notable people in the society, as well as sensitising people to understand that physically challenged people are normal human beings and should be entitled to every privilege of life.”

Participants also had free eye test and walk for love at the park. Speaking with The Guardian, Churchill said BCF decided to show love to people living with disability because it was discovered that despite their challenges most of them are talented and the foundation wants to give them an opportunity to showcase their talent.”
