JUST IN: Yobe Chief Judge, Garba Nabaruma, is dead

The Chief Justice of Yobe State, Justice Garba Nabaruma has passed on.

Justice Nabaruma was said to have died in an Abuja hospital after a protracted renal disease, a family source told The Nation.

He has served as Yobe number one judicial official for about ten years, having been sworn in since 2011 in that capacity.
