The Plateau State High Court on Tuesday ruled that former Governor Jonah Jang and his alleged accomplice, Yusuf Pam hav a case to answer.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, is accusing Messrs Jang and Pam of diverting N6.3billion while holding a public office as governor and cashier at the Plateau State cabinet office respectively.

In his ruling on Tuesday, Justice Daniel Longji, said that, based on the evidences presented by the EFCC, the two accused persons must answer the allegation.
However, Counsel to the accused, Edward Pwajok, SAN, pleaded the court to allow the early bail it granted them to subsist.
Justice Longji declared that the accused are already on bail.
