Contrary to speculation that the much publicized K1 live at Limelite show ended in a rift, the organisers of the event have come out to debunk the story that has taken over social media claiming Fuji Act, Wasiu Ayinde Marshal’s show ended well with no shooting nor killing of any soul.
A close ally of the artiste who disclosed this to Life &Times, noted that “the several tales is totally incorrect as the event held and was a success and as such no student was shot at the event”.
Reacting to the story also, K1 De Ultimate divulged that “none of acclaimed incident happened as I was surprised when I read in papers, online and received several calls from friends asking if there was any shooting at my show which never happened”.
“One can then imagine my shock when I began to receive calls from well-meaning friends and family, who became concerned after reading the alleged shooting incident.
“On a final note, I want to implore the media and the police to investigate what happened between when I arrived in that town till my departure. I believe those who attended the show and the people living in that community will be helpful in giving a true version of what really transpired on that day,” he added.
