A new television series, Asunder, was premiered to the public last week at a colourful evening at Wheatbaker Hotel, Ikoyi, Lagos. The series focuses on the marital lives of different families and how they all navigate their woes.
Using three families in its narrative, the series dissects the roots and causes of various issues and challenges today’s married couples face. It is channelled to bring back family programming like in the days of old, when families actually kept dates with their favourite programmes.
Produced by award-winning Paul Igwe and directed by Henry Ejeta, the series features the stellar cast of Stan Nze, Tessy Oragwa, Benita Nzeribe, Nonso Odogwu, Frankincense Eche Ben, Maureen Okpoko, and Sandra Eze among others.
The evening ended with a vote of thanks by the co-founders and co-directors of African Move Channel, Messrs ‘Yinka Mayungbo and ‘Lola Onigbogi.
