Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has mourned the death of his bosom friend, former Inspector-General of Police, Muhammadu Gambo Jimeta, describing him as a super cop, patriotic Nigerian and a steward leader.

In a condolence statement issued by his Media Officer, Paul Abe, on Friday, Mr Atiku was nostalgic about the invaluable time he shared with the late former Presidential Adviser on Security Matters and a top-notch police detective.
