Former President of the United States, Barak Obama, has called on the black race to be proud of their blackness.
President Obama, who was the commencement speaker at the graduation ceremony of students of America’s Howard University, encouraged all the graduates to always love and embrace who they are.
“It is important for us as people of color to continue to break through the glass ceiling,” he said.

Meanwhile, 46 Nigerians graduated from the medical department of the University, breaking an age-long record of the school.
Out of the 96 graduating medical students, 46 Nigerians have clinched 16 out of the 27 awards given by the institution.
According to reports, The Nigerian students made history and dominated discussions during their graduation ceremony.
