The FCT Universal Basic Education Board, FCT-UBEB, has denied social media reports that it is recruiting teachers.
DAILY NIGERIAN gathered that there has been a post circulating on social media calling on interested and qualified candidates to submits their CVs at the UBEB office in Abuja
But the board, in a statement signed by its spokesperson Patience Ossai, on Thursday, disowned the publication, describing it as false.
The board also urged the public to disregard it, adding that the author ‘s aim might be to defraud the public.
“The general public is hereby advised to desist from anything that has to do with the publication as the intention of the publisher is not known to the board.
“FCT UBEB will follow due process any time such vacancies exist.
“The public is advised to check the official website of the board for genuine information,” she advised.
