The National Executive Committee NEC of the All Progressives Congress, APC, has extended the tenure of the Caretaker and Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, CECPC, for another six months.
Addressing State House Correspondents shortly after the meeting, governors of Kaduna, Ondo and Imo, Nasir El-Rufai, Rotimi Akeredolu, and Hope Uzodinma, respectively, said the resolution was part of the five resolutions unanimously reached at the NEC meeting of the ruling party.
The NEC also approved the expulsion of the former National Vice Chairman of the party, South-South, Hillard Etta, for violating the party’s instruction.
