President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Deputy Commissioner of Police, DCP, Aliyu Abubakar-Musa, as his Chief Personal Security Officer, CPSO.

The appointment is contained in a statement signed on Monday by the President’s Senior Special Assistant, Garba Shehu.

Mr Musa who hails from Niger State is redeployed for the new assignment from Nigeria Police Force’s Zone 5, Benin City.

Mr Musa’s appointment followed the redeployment of his predecessor, Commissioner of Police, CP, Abdulkarim Dauda.
