President Muhammadu Buhari has declared his intention to re-contest for the 2019 presidential elections during the ongoing National Executive Council meeting of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Abuja.
Kaduna state governor, Nasir El-Rufai, made the disclosure on Monday in his official Facebook page.
