The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has announced the scheduling of supplementary elections in Rivers State.
Speaking at a press briefing in Abuja on Thursday, the INEC commissioner for information and voter education, Festus Okoye, disclosed that the new date for the supplementary elections in the state is now April 13.

However, Mr Okoye added that collation and announcement of results already generated would be resumed between April 2 and 5, 2019.
