The Supreme Court, Thursday morning, adjourned the hearing of an appeal instituted by the former National Security Adviser, NSA, Sambo Dasuki until January 25, 2018.
Mr Dasuki, a retired army colonel, had filed an appeal before the apex court asking it to compel the Federal Government to release him from custody.
The ex NSA, also prayed the court to order the Nigerian Government to obey the bail orders granted him by the Federal High Court Abuja and the ECOWAS Court.
