President Muhammadu Buhari has inaugurated the North-East Development Commission chaired by Paul Tarfa who is a retired Army general.
DAILY NIGERIAN reports that the commission, which is set to rehabilitate communities in the Boko Haram ravaged North-East, has an N10bn take-off grant.

The inauguration took place at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, Shortly before the start of the Federal Executive Council meeting.
