Others who were in attendance included the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari, Head of Service of the Federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita as well as some presidential aides.

It was observed that before the arrival of President Buhari at the Council Chamber, Kyari and Oyo-Ita hugged themselves while greeting.

Mrs Oyo-Ita, who arrived at the chamber before Kyari, had also approached vice-president Osinbajo smiling as she greeted him.

It was reported last Wednesday that hot argument ensued between Oyo-Ita and Kyari at FEC in the presence of Osinbajo before the commencement of the meeting.
