Chukwu replaces Kukasheka as Army spokesman

The Nigerian Army has named JTE Chukwu, a brigadier general, as its new spokesman.

Mr Chukwu, replaced Sani Kukasheka, a brigadier general also, who has been sent to the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, NIPSS, in Kuru, Plateau State on an administrative course.

The new Director of Army Public Relations, DAPR, until his appointment, was the Commandant, Nigerian Army School of Public Relations, NASPRI, Lagos.

The Nigerian Army did not give reason for the change even as Usman, has since reported in NIPSS as a member of Senior Executive Course 40.

In similar circumstance, a new commandant has been appointed for the Nigerian Army School of Public Relations, NASPRI. He is MA Anka, a colonel, who until his appointment, was the spokesman for the Multinational Joint Task Force.
