Justice Mohammed Liman of the Federal High Court has ordered former Abia State Governor Orji Uzor-Kalu to remain in the prison custody until his appeal case is determined.

Recall that Mr Uzor-Kalu had applied for a bail to be able to go and see his herbalist, after he had allegedly developed some complications that needed the attention of his herbal specialist.

However, on Monday, Justice Liman told Mr Kalu to exercise some patience, pending the hearing of an appeal against his conviction.
