An Agege Customary Court in Lagos State on Wednesday dissolved a six-year-old marriage of a businesswoman, Kemi Olomu, over lack of love, laziness and gossiping by her husband.

The President of the court, Patricia Adeyanju, held that the marriage of Kemi, 39, and Bamidele, an electrician, was irretrievable.

She told the parties to go their separate ways in the interest of peace.

“The court grants the plea of the petitioner and, therefore, dissolves the union between her and her husband, Bamidele.

She said that she was fed up with the marriage.

“My husband does not have a job and is not even bothered to show he wants to get a job.
