Boko Haram terrorists have attacked the Yobe State capital, Damaturu, on Sunday evening.
DAILY NIGERIAN gathered that the terrorists launched the attack from an outskirt of the town around Gashua road Tijjani Zanna Housing Estate.
Sources said the attack was ongoing as troops battle to repel the attack.
“Deafening sound gunshot was heard everywhere around Damaturu. But we suspect Boko Haram attacked some security formations near Tijjani Zanna Housing Estate,” said a source who preferred not to be named.
