Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has claimed that one Leah Salibu was not among the Dapchi schoolgirls released by Boko Haram on Wednesday because she is a Christian.
Fani-Kayode blamed President Muhammadu Buhari for the insurgents’ failure to return Leah and rained curses in a series of tweets posted on his page.

Reports have it that Boko Haram members were touting and mocking our soldiers as they drove past majestically whilst exhibiting a show of force.

It's no longer news that the only girl that was left behind amongst the Dapchi girls was a Christian. I don't blame Buhari or Boko Haram: I blame CAN, PFN and Osinbajo. For God sake do something for this little girl that refuses to renounce her faith and that stands for Christ!

The Federal Government has pointedly denied paying ransom to Boko Haram over the release of the schoolgirls.
