Two witnesses brought before a Federal High Court in Abuja by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission have explained how spokesman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Olisah Metuh and his company, Dextra Investments Limited, transferred the sum of $2million he allegedly collected from the office of the National Security Adviser, Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd).

The first prosecution witness, Nneka Nichole Ararume, a wealth manager dealing in management of equities, fixed income instruments and real estate, said she collected the sum of $2million dollars from Metuh sometime in December 2014.

According to her, the money was changed the dollars into Nigerian currency and had it transferred to Metuh’s account.

The second witness, a bureau de change operator, said he exchanged the sum of $1 million dollars to N183million and transferred to Metuh’s company, Dextra Investments Limited, account.

He however said he had no knowledge of either Metuh or his company, Dextra investment limited, before that time.

The opposition party spokesman is standing trial for allegedly collecting the sum of N400 million from the office of the NSA.
