A citizen reporter, Fatima Abubakar, has captured pictures of a filling station at Kataeregi village on Minna-Bida road, Niger State.
The makeshift filling station shocked social media users as photos went viral on Saturday.
Commenters on Facebook wondered whether the station met the criteria of the regulatory authority, Department of Petroleum Resources, DPR, or the authority had lowered the bar of its criteria.
