Former Minister of State for Education and Chairman Benue State Civil Service Commission and, Prof. Jerry Agada, has died at the age of 68.

According to a report by The Nation, Mr Agada died on Tuesday morning at the Federal Medical Centre, FMC, Makurdi.

He was born on 11 November 1952 at Orokam in Ogbadibo Local Government Area of Benue State.

He was a writer and former President of the Association of Nigerian Authors, ANA.
