The governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima, has presented the new Technical Adviser of El-Kanemi Warriors FC of Maiduguri, Babaganaru Mohammed, with a Peugeot 406 saloon car to ease his work.
This was revealed to the News Agency of Nigeria by the Media Officer of the club, Anthony Obaseki, in Lagos on Thursday.
He said the car was a personal gift to the coach.

“This is not the first time Shettima is giving the El-Kanemi coach a personal car gift, he gave late coach Kelechi Emetole and our last season coach Imama Amakapobo the same gift.
“Coach Babaganaru Mohammed who has coached many clubs after the receipt of the car thank the governor and promised to do his best to take the club to the top.
“El-Kanemi chairman Zanna Mala also thanked Shettima for his love and care for the state club and promise that the club will be among the top at the end of the season.

“The new season of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) will kickoff on January 13, with the Warriors travelling to Uyo to play Akwa United for Match Day 1 fixtures,” he said.
The El-Kanemi Warriors FC has been training in Maiduguri ahead of the new season according to Obaseki.
