The Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has lost his cool over refusal of three senators from the state to approve of the loan he planned to secure from the World Bank.

DAILY NIGERIAN reports that on March 29, the Senate rejected Kaduna State Development Policy Operation loan in the sum of USD350 million after three senators from the state, Shehu Sani, Suleiman Hunkuyi and Danjuma Laah, refused to endorse the request.

Addressing a political gathering in Kaduna on Friday, Mr El-Rufai cursed the three senators, saying they are bastard who do not have origins.

“These three infamous senators kicked against the loan because they are enemies of Kaduna State.

“Why didn’t they want the loan to be given? Because they are enemies of the people of Kaduna State.

“If road project is initiated, they would kick against its completion; if hospital project is initiated, they will go against it; if five schools are renovated, they would not want the 10 others to be rehabilitated.

“Today, the masses of Kaduna State have no enemies than Sule Hunkuyi, Shehu Sani and Danjuma Laah. I wish them eternal damnation.

“May their bad intention against the people of Kaduna State fall upon them. May God’s wrath fall upon them.

“To our federal and state lawmakers who supported the loan request, we wish them God’s blessing. May God return them elected.

“To those bastards (Senators Suleiman Hunkuyi, Shehu Sani and Danjuma Laah), if you see them in Kaduna; barb the hair of one of them (alluding to Senator Sani’s afro), shave the beard of another (Senator Hunkuyi) and barb the hair of the other (Senator Laah).

“This is because they proved that they are bastards without origin, and we must show them that they have no origin in Kaduna State and show them that we don’t want them to return to Abuja (Senate).

“They must go back to where they originated from, they must go back to those they work for to elect them,” Mr El-Rufai added.
