The embattled governor of Kano State, Abdullahi Ganduje, has made the list of 24 cleared candidates for the 2019 governorship elections on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Mr Ganduje is currently facing probe by Kano State House of Assembly over leaked videos showing him receiving bribe from a contractor.

A statement by the acting national publicity secretary of the party, Yekini Nabena, said the list is a result of the meeting of the National Working Committee, NWC, held on Thursday.
