The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, says the progress and prosperity of FCT depends on collective efforts.

Mr Wike stated this in Abuja on Monday, in his Eid-el-Maulud message to residents of the territory.

He called on the residents to imbibe the virtues of patience, tolerance, and a renewed commitment to the development of the FCT.

“Together, we can build a society where everyone thrives in peace and security, just as the Prophet Muhammad envisioned a just and equitable society.

“As we commemorate the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, this day serves as a profound reminder of the virtues, values, and teachings of the Holy Prophet, who embodied compassion, humility, and justice.

Mr Wike reaffirmed the FCT Administration’s unwavering commitment to meeting its obligations to residents of the FCT.

“We will continue to work hard to provide essential infrastructure and services to enhance your quality of life.

“Be assured that we are dedicated to improving our city’s infrastructure and all other social facilities and human development.
