The First Lady, Aisha Muhammadu Buhari, has barred access to the President, following his Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari’s alleged infection with the Coronavirus disease.

Recall that some sections of the media had reported that Mr Kyari had been tested positive for COVID-19.

However, President Buhari was on Monday tested negative for the disease by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC.

According to a report by THISDAY, Mr Kyari could have been infected with the virus when he visited Germany on Saturday, March 7, to meet with officials of Siemens in Munich on the Nigerian electricity expansion program.

Consequently, the First Lady declared stay-at-home policy for the President.

“The First Lady is not allowing anybody to see the President. She has even refused to allow him go to his office,” a source at Presidential Villa told DAILY NIGERIAN.
