The 4th Governing Council of the Federal University Dutse under the chairmanship of Prof. Shuaibu Oba Abdulraheem at its inaugural meeting held on July 25, 2024 has approved the promotion of 14 academic staff to the new rank of Professors while 38 academic staff were promoted to Readers.
The new professors are Ehien Alfred, Muhammad Musa Bako, Ilu Kasuwa Jahun, Jibo Abdullahi Umar, Muhammad Yayo Karage and Aminu Muhammad Fage.
Other professors are Musa Yusuf Tambai, Ado Ali Siro, Mikail Umar Isyaku, Sanusi Saad Ahmad, Abubakar Adamu Magaji, Bilyaminu Yusuf Hanga, Felix Y. Eguda and Yamuna Kani.
The vice-chancellor Federal University Dutse, Professor Abdulkarim Sabo Mohammed congratulates all the academic staff and prays to Allah to continue to guide and protect them.
He calls on them to rededicate themselves to the service of the university.
