Gov. Badaru sacks aide, announces replacement

Governor Muhammad Badaru of Jigawa State has sacked his Special Assistant on Interparty Relations, Bala Idi-Kazaure, replacing him with Muhammad Gabi-Hadejia.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Adamu Abdulkadir-Fanini.

The statement said that the sacked aided should immediately hand over all government properties in his possession to the office of the SSG.

The statement added that, “with this development all rights and privileges attached to his office as Special Assistant to the Governor on Interparty Relations, have been withdrawn.”

Meanwhile, the Governor has approved the appointment of  Abdulkadir A. Maje as Special Assistant on Feeder Roads.

The statement further explained that the removal and the appointments are with immediate effect.
