The management of the Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company has appealed to customers to pay their electricity bills in full.

In a statement issued by its head of corporate communications, Abdulazeez Abdullahi, on Thursday, the company revealed that half payments are no longer acceptable.

He noted that the full payment of electricity bills is crucial to maintaining uninterrupted power supply.

Mr Abdullahi warned failure to make full payment would result in disconnection of power supply and resultant charge in reconnection fee.

The statement reads,”Dear Esteemeed Customer, “We kindly remind you that timely and full payment of electricity bills is crucial to maintaining uninterrupted power supply.

“Nonpayment and half payment are unacceptable! Failure to settle your electricity bills in full can result in disconnection of power supply and resultant charge in reconnection fee..

“To avoid these consequences, please pay your bills promptly and in full. Payment options are available online and at our authorised cash centres”.
