An Osun State High Court sitting in Osogbo on Friday ordered that suspects arrested in connection with the Ile-Ife clash be remanded in prison pending the commencement of the hearing on June 14.

The police on March 20 paraded 38 suspects in relation to Ile-Ife ethnic attack in which at least 40 Hausa minorities living in Sabo Ile Ife area of Osun State were killed by a militant gang on March 7.

The trial judge, Kudirat Akano, gave the order in her ruling on Friday.
