Imo State government has suied a former governor of the state, Rochas Okorocha to court for inciting his supporters to disobey the Governor Emeka Ihedioha-led administration in the state.
The state’s attorney-general on behalf of the state government filed a suit with reference number OW/MISC.79/2019, at the Owerri district of the magistrate’s court.
