JUST IN: Amnesty volunteers protest at Saudi Embassy in Abuja, seek justice for Khashoggi

The Amnesty International supporters and volunteers from all parts of Nigeria on Friday staged a demonstration to the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Maitama Abuja over killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
The protesters called for justice over the brutal murder of Mr Khashoggi in Saudi Consulate Istanbul.
“Amnesty International has been calling for justice of the deceased and his family. We are calling for a UN investigation of his murder so that those responsible can be brought to book,” a terse statement by spokesman for Amnesty International Nigeria, Isa Sanusi, said.
“His murder is a sign of growing reperession and hostility towards journalists.”
