The Independent Electoral Commission, INEC, on Wednesday, presented the Certificate of Return Hope Uzodinma as the governor-elect of Imo State.

The certificate was presented to Mr Uzodinma, barely 24 hours after the Supreme Court nullified the election of Emeka Ihedioha as the governor of the state.
