The National Assembly has opened up on the date when the 2018 budget would be laid before both chambers for the subsequent passage into law

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, on Wednesday, said the budget will be laid before the joint chamber on April 19 and subsequently passed on April 24.
