The incumbent governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello, has emerged winner of the just-concluded All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship primary elections in the state.
Although the official result is yet to be declared by the election officials, DAILY NIGERIAN gathered that the governor polled 3,127 votes to beat his closest rival, Sani Lulu who got 110 votes.
It was also gathered that two aspirants stepped down for the incumbent governor.
