Mr Okoro is facing a three-count charge bordering on breach of peace, assault and malicious damage.

The Prosecutor, ASP Roman Unuigbe, told the court that Okoro hit her employer in the chest and tore his shirt on Sept. 20, at 5.30 p.m. at Sylvia Crescent, Anthony village in Lagos.

He told the court that the defendant had been working for the complainant, Mr Adesegun Adeiye, the Director of Atlanta bar, for more than one year.

Unuigbe said “Stephanie Okoro had been an insubordinate staff since she begun the job, on that day, the director was scolding her for not doing her job properly but she just started shouting and screaming.

“Okoro harassed her boss, hit him on the chest and tore his designer shirt valued at N20,000.”

The prosecutor added that the offences contravened sections 168, 173 and 348 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015. (Revised)

The defendant had, however, pleaded not guilty.
