Residents of Gagarawa community, a suburb of Madobi Local Government Area of Kano State, were stunned with the news that one Badamasi Abdullahi, a resident of the area, impregnated his younger half sister, Bara’atu Abdullahi.
DAILY NIGERIAN gathered that the incident occured when her father, Abdullahi Haruna, evicted the 15-year-old from the family house to punish her for offending him.
The girl then took refuge in her brother’s house within the same neighborhood.

But on that fateful night, Bara’atu’s entered into her room and lured her into sexual act that eventually led to pregnancy.
Speaking to journalists in Kano on Wednesday, Miss Abdullahi confessed that she had sex with her brother.
“Badamasi is responsible for this pregnancy. I moved to my brother’s house after my father sent me out of the house because I offended.
“My father asked me to go and stay with my brother who was living in his own house, few meters from our main resident and i was there for two days.

“On that fateful day, my brother, Badamasi came to my room and made love to me,” she said.
Mr Abdullahi also confessed that he impregnated his younger sister.
He said it was the work of devil and sought for forgiveness from authorities.
“Yes, I am responsible for it. It was really the work of devil. It is very unlike me, and I don’t want to even remember the incident. I was very confused. But I really regret what I did. I seek forgiveness,” he pleaded
