In a memorandum, Medialdea said all passengers coming from or who had been to these countries within 14 days shall be prohibited from entering the Philippines from May 7 to 14.

According to the memorandum, arrivals before May 7 who came from or had been to these four countries would be allowed to enter but would be required to be isolated in government-run quarantine facilities for 14 days regardless of a swab test result.
