The Kaduna State Police Command has refuted allegation by the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN, that it had killed three of its members during Tuesday’s Ahura Procession in the state.

Recall that in the early hours of Tuesday, there was a reported pandemonium along the Bakin Ruwa area of Kaduna State where Shi’ites were holding their annual Ashura Procession.

During the Shiites encounter with the police, the IMN alleged that 3 of its members lost their lives.

However, the spokesman of the command, Yakubu Sabo said the claim was a blatant lie.
