Kassim Afegbua, the spokesman for former military president, Ibrahim Babangida, has arrived Police headquartered in Abuja, following invitation extended to him by the police.
He arrived the headquarters on Wednesday in company of his lawyer, Kayode Ajulo and some family members.
Mr Afegbua was declared wanted over a controversial letter he issued on President Buhari on behalf on Mr Babangida.
Police spokesman, Jimoh Moshood, had accused Mr Afeguba of “making false statement, injurious falsehood, defamation of character and for act capable of inciting public disturbance throughout the country”.
His lawyers on Tuesday instituted a N1bn suit against the police, Channels Television and NTA over the declaration.
