By Halimat Shittu – A popular Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh, has died of an undisclosed ailment in Warri, Delta State.
It was gathered that the actress died around 11 pm on Sunday when she visited the family of a top oil businessman.
The actress suddenly collapsed and was rushed to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation’s hospital but passed on before they arrived at the facility.
Several movie stars have been trooping to the facility on Monday morning to see her remains.
Before death came calling on her, the actress had posted a video on her Instagram page at 12:54pm on Sunday where she was seen eating with her hosts.
In the caption, she said: “Happy new week fams. This trip for my friend’s elder sister, is just an enjoyment gallow!!! Thanks my darling sister phil. I really enjoyed myself!!. God bless my love. May dreams come true in Jesus Christ name”,
The late actress was born on May 15, 1974, in Ajegunle, Lagos State, and has featured in many movies.
Ms Ameh, who played the role of Anita in the movie ‘Domitilla’ in 1996, is famous for her comic characters, especially in the series The Johnsons.
