The House of Representatives Ad-hoc committee investigating the Aso Rock clinic has ordered the minister of state for health, Osagie Ehanire to produce a detailed account of the clinic.
Mr Ehanire told the lawmakers in his submission that whatever has happened in the clinic recently was never a creation of the President Muhammadu led administration.
He said “we met the situation on the ground and it was never a creation of this administration.”
But the committee rejected the minister’s submission, insisting that a comprehensive report on the clinic is what they needed.
The House had set up the committee to investigate the situation in the clinic following the recent outcry by the Wife of the president, Aisha Buhari over the poor state of the clinic.
