The Caucus of the All Progressives Congress, APC, at the House of Representatives has endorsed former Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole, for the position of the National Chairman of the party.
Mr Oshiomhole and the lawmakers had met behind closed doors at the National Assembly for over three hours.
In attendance were the Speaker, Yakubu Dogara; Deputy Speaker, Yussuff Lasun; Majority Leader, Femi Gbajabiamila, among other leaders and caucus members.

After the meeting, Mr Gbajabiamila spoke with reporters in company with Mr Oshiomhole and Mr Dogara, where the APC leader announced the decision of the caucus.
