The embattled former governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha, on Tuesday arrived National Assembly, NASS premises as early as 7:40.am ahead the inauguration but was denied accreditation.
Mr Okorocha who was declared winner of the Imo West Senatorial District was not issued certificate of return by INEC.
A federal high court in Abuja last week ordered INEC to issue Certificate of Return to Mr Okorocha.
However, officials at National Assembly refused Mr Okorocha accreditation as he was not issued certificate by INEC.
