A fire outbreak has killed daughter of the Secretary to the Sokoto State Government, Muhammadu Bello Sifawa, and 3 of her children.
According to Vanguard reports, the incident occurred in the early hours of Monday.
Until her death, the deceased was a wife to the permanent secretary of the state Ministry of Sports and Youths Development, Muhammadu Yusuf-Bello.
The fire, which started in the wee hours of Monday, reportedly engulfed the entire house while the family was sleeping, in which only her husband survived.
The cause of the fire was still under investigation as men of the state fire service battled for hours before they brought the fire down.
The deceased will be buried today according to Islamic rites.
